Help: All of a sudden I’m getting ADVERTISING on my e-mail page, weight loss etc… I WANT TO STOP IT:?

I do not like the ads that are being shown on my e-mail page, how do I get them off? Do you have a service where I am not NOT bombarded by ADS for Weight Loss, Finance help etc. The ads are ligit…. but showing on my e-mail header and Right of my in box etc….. HELP me stop it….. May have to change e-mail or internte service. Thanks… Frankie

Y just keeps surprisin us with that stuff don’t they. There is no way to move it.
